We strive to create meaningful connections and content that engages at a deeper level.
We’re driven to create content that has a purpose; that builds relationships; and that connects and resonates. We think laterally, looking inside and outside health for inspiration and ideas. We use technology to make connections easier and simpler. Helping people make the best decisions about their own health and the health of others.

We pride ourselves on our responsiveness and flexibility. We subscribe to agile development methodologies and tailor our approach to each client and project. We’re platform agnostic. Most importantly we believe that anything is possible, and we can build it.

We always begin a project by understanding what you want to achieve, and how we measure success. These details help shape our project delivery from planning to design, development to implementation and measurement - and onto a cycle of continuous improvement where feasible.
think
We delve into the detail and consider your aims, the audience and your brand. We produce a scope of work (and technical specification if a build). These documents lay out exactly what we plan to do and what the deliverables are. Within this phase, we gather insights / research and any other information that will inform our thinking.
design
From concepts and copy through to user experience and interface design, everything we do is bespoke to your brief and requirements. Our team has years of experience in dedicating time to creating work that truly delivers.
build
Our design and development team work closely together to make sure that any interactive project we deliver is made with the best use of technology for the project requirements. We believe anything is possible and we can build it (in-house).
launch
Whenever a project goes live we make sure that it's been tested by various users on the relevant hardware in the relevant software for quality assurance and user acceptance. We also closely monitor analytics, servers, security, DNS etc.
evaluate
We incorporate relevant analytical and reporting software into all of our projects (including your own systems if required) so that we can analyse usage data. Where possible we hope to work with Clients in an agile way so that their projects are part of a content state of evolution.
The team
The go digital health team of over 25 people has a diverse range of specialities and expertise.
From people with a full healthcare sector background to those who have come from, or who are currently also working, outside of health but within the digital space. We strongly believe that having members of the team who also work for big FMCG brands ensures we can bring broad digital thinking to our clients.
Alice Carroll
Project Manager
Ali heads up the digital project management in our San Francisco office. With over 500 projects delivered (and counting), Ali comes equipped with the knowledge and expertise to help clients tackle their problems head on and get the results they desire.
Emily Brooks
Practice Lead
Emily’s role spans health communications strategy to digital inspiration and ideation, and client service to project management. She is passionate about how technology can make our lives healthier, and loves trends, design and colour.
Doug Ayres
Head of User Experience
In his role as head of User Interface and Experience design, Doug is passionate about shaping digital things for people’s use - with use of visual design and shaping the way interactive elements work. He loves getting involved in designing interactive digital products and services.
Hannah Oliver
Project Manager
Hannah has worked both client-side and agency-side and has a wealth of experience in marketing, branding and project management. Hannah loves to work closely with her clients – getting stuck in and getting projects live!
Jon Meggitt
Head of Innovation
Jon is our technical firepower and is in his element when planning and executing digital projects. His architectural background helps when it comes to the details of user experience and has provided him with a rigorous, self-critical approach to design.
Keith Martin
Strategy Director
Keith has over 11 years’ experience developing effective brand and digital communications for clients including Nintendo, Sharp, Unilever, Vodafone and Telefonica. As well as leading the SF office, Keith also heads up the strategy practice on both sides of the Atlantic.
Simon Hobbs
Head of Motion
Simon draws on his creative prowess to deliver great ideas that work. He is the leader of the Motion Design and Film team. A 3D man at heart, he is the only person we know who can create a particle system using lines of code. Simon likes model railways.
